Labor Day

Since David and I both had Labor Day off we decided to get adventures! We drove up 94 highway to Fort Gratiot to the Lighthouse. We did some geocaching or at least tried. Not the most successful day for that. It was a warm one, and we eventually made our way back home, but not without a stop in Marine City. Where there was a nice ice cream shop!

 Not an actual lighthouse but still very cute! Marine City has a long boardwalk along the St. Clair River. That gets you close to the ships, on the other side of the ship is Canada.

We were getting her right before they closed! But it was really good ice cream, yes we forgot to take a picture of it. Sorry.
