House in Sparta is sold!

First off we officially closed on the house on July 27th! We drove to Grand Rapids, and due to the house being in my maiden name there were some glitches to paper work that took longer than usual so the bank would not release the funds till the next day! So they had to UPS the check to us so Friday morning we officially were no longer homeowners!!

    Yay! Congratulations...that seems weird, usually you say congrats on buying the house, but I get it...Congrats!!
