So for those of you that know how quickly i can buy a house (3 days) i have kept with my speed and sold a house in 6 days. Yes record timing for even my Realtor We were planning 6-12 months but when God makes plans who am i to stop him. :-) we close on the 27th pretty cool.
correction, it didn't sell. onto other options. Looks like i have an investment property now!
